What is MeteorNet?
MeteorNet is a gaming community. Our members are from all over the world (although we all speak English), and we play a variety of different games.

What games do you play?
Anything! If you make a thread on the forums or spark up a conversation on IRC about a game you'll probably find someone willing to play it with you.
That said, most people play Garry's Mod and silly little games like Space Station 13.
The Garry's Mod server runs a newer, faster and more flexible version of Catscript than is available anywhere else. Users with forum accounts can log in and gain access to additional features.
There are also many text-based roleplaying themes available on the forums.
We don't take games too seriously, and we aren't elitist.

How can I get started?
Register an account on the forums and introduce yourself. IRC is also very active and is a good place to find people to play games with.
If you've found this site via one of our servers, feel free to just register and not post. The registration process is designed to disuade griefers and does so very well.
